YK4501-Low temperature curing agent

Description

YK4501 low temperature curing agent is a kind of high acid value resin with relatively high molecular weight. It is mostly linear structure, but also extends through the quaternary carbon structure with a certain proportion of branch chain components. Through careful monomer selection, strict proportion control and precise parameter adjustment, YK4501 low temperature curing agent with unique quality was synthesized. It combines excellent resin stability with excellent coating flexibility and fluidity. A series of deep matte coatings with wide curing temperatures can be synthesized by selecting suitable resins and alkaline catalysts.

Application
YK4501 hardeners enable powder coatings to be used in non-traditional industries, such as heat sensitive substrates for wood and plastics, metal objects with inserts, heat sensitive primers and powder coatings for traditional metal objects that are energy efficient.

 

Package & Storage 

1.Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.

2.Shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 1 years.

3.Store in cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
