Description

YK31 Low-temperature Curing Agent is a substance with a cyclic amidine chemical structure. It can be used not only as an epoxy curing agent, as a low-temperature curing powder coating, but also as a curing accelerator for epoxy polyester mixed powder coatings.

Dosage and Usage
1. It can be used as a highly reactive curing agent for epoxy powder coatings. The dosage is 5-7% of the epoxy content.
2. It can be used as a curing accelerator for dicyandiamide cured epoxy powder coatings or epoxy polyester mixed powder coatings, and can increase the glossiness. The dosage is 0.05-0.3% of the resin content.
3. In epoxy powder coatings, it can be used as a rapid curing agent and a low-temperature curing agent to meet the curing conditions of 120 ℃/30min - 200 ℃/5min. If combined with other active curing agents, YK31 may also be used as a more effective rapid curing accelerator.

Package and Storage
1. Packed in PE lined composite paper bags with net weight of 25KG.
2. Stored in a cool and dry place. Keep dry. Keep package closed after using. Shelf life is one year.
